Morden – Commercial Conversion into a Tuition Centre

Project Overview

We carried out a full refurbishment and conversion of a former Chinese takeaway in Morden, transforming it into a fully operational tuition centre. The project included a complete internal reconfiguration and refurbishment, alongside compliant fire safety, ventilation and lighting systems to create a safe and comfortable learning environment. The design incorporated modern, child-friendly learning spaces with high-quality finishes focused on comfort and functionality. The completed conversion successfully combined regulatory compliance with a welcoming and practical environment for students and staff.
