Croydon – Office-to-Residential Conversion

Project Overview

This project involved the demolition of an existing two-storey building and the construction of a new residential development comprising eight to ten self-contained flats in Croydon. The works included site clearance, groundworks, structural works and full new-build construction, with careful coordination of logistics, sequencing and safety throughout each stage of the build.
