Mill Hill – Duplex Conversion into Two Self-Contained Flats

Project Overview

In the heart of Mill Hill, we converted an existing duplex flat above a commercial unit in Mill Hill into two stylish, self-contained residential flats by making efficient use of the existing loft space and reconfiguring the original layout. The project included the creation of a bright and modern upper flat, full internal reconfiguration to maximise space and functionality, and the installation of contemporary kitchens, bathrooms and finishes throughout. The conversion was completed in accordance with relevant building and fire safety standards, creating well-designed homes with strong rental and resale potential.
