Project Overview
Shubra Construction Developments Ltd delivered a comprehensive two-house development combining the transformation of an existing property with the creation of a brand-new home. House 1 – Conversion & Expansion: the original property was converted into two self-contained flats through a rear extension and new loft conversion, creating modern and spacious living spaces designed around functionality, comfort and high-quality finishes. House 2 – New Build with Smart Design: an adjacent new house was constructed from the ground up and also accommodates two self-contained flats through a rear extension and loft addition, with solar panels integrated into the roof design to enhance energy efficiency. This project highlights Shubra Construction’s expertise in complex multi-unit developments, combining structural innovation, modern design and sustainable technology.
