Project Overview
We successfully delivered a modern new-build project on Ballards Lane, adding an entire additional floor at the third-floor level to create a high-specification, self-contained two-bedroom flat. The development incorporated lightweight construction methods to minimise load on the existing structure, alongside an open-plan kitchen and living space, full M&E installation, fire and sound compliance, and premium finishes throughout. The project was completed with minimal disruption to the lower floors, demonstrating Shubra Construction’s ability to unlock additional value by building upwards and maximising space within tight urban environments.
